Are RoameoGo eSIMs data-only?

Most RoameoGo eSIMs are data-only products, unless the plan description clearly states that calls and SMS are included. Data-only plans support internet-based calling and messaging apps such as WhatsApp, FaceTime and similar services.

Do RoameoGo eSIMs include calls and SMS?

Calls and SMS are included only on selected plans where clearly stated. This applies to some Premium Europe eSIM products. Standard travel eSIMs are data-only.

What happens when my data runs out?

When your data allowance is used, your mobile data will normally stop. What happens next depends on the product:

Some products support top-ups — look for the Reusable eSIM or Top-Up Supported badge
Some products require a new eSIM or a new plan to be purchased
Some products have an automatic stop with no overage charges

Are unlimited plans really unlimited?

Plans described as unlimited may be subject to fair usage policies, speed reductions after a certain data volume, or provider restrictions. Always check the full plan details before purchasing.

Which mobile network will my eSIM use?

Available networks vary by destination and product. Where available, RoameoGo shows supported networks in the plan details section. Your device will connect to the strongest available supported network in your location.
