RoameoGo is not a mobile network operator or telecoms provider. We supply eSIM products sourced through wholesale connectivity and roaming partners. The underlying mobile data service is delivered by those partners and their local network operators.

Before purchasing, you are responsible for confirming that:

your device supports eSIM technology
your device is unlocked and not carrier-locked
your device supports the network bands used at your destination
your device’s operating system is sufficiently up to date

RoameoGo provides general device compatibility guidance where available, but cannot guarantee compatibility with every device, software version or network configuration. If your device is incompatible, locked or incorrectly set up, we may not be able to offer a refund. Please check your device carefully before purchasing.

6. Purchase and Delivery

eSIMs are delivered digitally, typically by email or within your customer account shortly after your order is confirmed. You must provide an accurate and working email address when placing an order.

RoameoGo is not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect [CONTACT EMAIL] email address, spam filters, email blocking, or issues with your email provider or device. If you have not received your eSIM, please contact us at before assuming delivery has failed.

7. Activation and Usage

Each eSIM product cpoes with its own activation instructions, which are provided at the time of purchase. Please follow these carefully. In particular:

Some eSIMs should only be activated after you arrive at your destination — check the product information before activating.
Validity periods may begin from installation, from first network connection, or from the date of purchase, depending on the product — check the product description before buying.
Removing or deleting an eSIM from your device may make it impossible to reinstall. Do not delete your eSIM unless you are sure you no longer need it.
Reusable eSIM functionality is available on selected products only. Customers should check for the Reusable eSIM badge before purchase.

Coverage and network speeds are not guaranteed. Mobile data availability depends on third-party local and roaming network operators. RoameoGo cannot guarantee uninterrupted, continuous or error-free service at all times and in all locations.

Fair usage policies may apply to certain products, including plans marketed as unlimited or high-data. On such plans, speeds may be reduced after a threshold data volume or during congestion, at the discretion of the network provider. Real-time usage monitoring and data balance visibility is available on selected products only. Where usage data is shown, it may be delayed or approximate. Some products do not support live usage tracking. RoameoGo is not responsible for any unexpected usage beyond your plan allowance.

Prices shown at checkout are the prices that apply at the time of your purchase. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. RoameoGo does not store full payment card details. By placing an order, you confirm you are the authorised holder of, or are authorised to use, the payment method provided.

RoameoGo may provide links, search tools, banners, widgets or referral links to third-party travel services, including flights, hotels, car hire, travel insurance, tours, attractions and other travel products. These services are provided by independent third parties. RoameoGo is not responsible for the price, availability, booking, cancellation, refund, accuracy, performance, safety, suitability or delivery of any third-party travel product or service.

If you purchase or book a third-party travel service, your contract is with the relevant third-party provider, not RoameoGo.

RoameoGo is not an insurer, insurance broker or financial adviser. We do not provide insurance advice or personal recommendations. Any travel insurance products accessible through RoameoGo are provided by third-party insurance companies. Customers must read the insurance provider’s terms, conditions, exclusions and policy wording in full before purchasing any insurance product.

19. Customer Responsibilities

When using RoameoGo, you agree to:

use eSIM products and RoameoGo services lawfully and in accordance with these Terms
not misuse or abuse mobile network or data services not attempt fraud, abuse promotional offers, or provide false or misleading information when ordering or making a claim
provide accurate and up-to-date contact and delivery information at the time of ordering
take care when installing or managing eSIMs on your device
