The plan cards show the advertised total price, data allowance and validity for each available United States eSIM. Compare the total price as well as the price per GB on fixed data plans. Your selected plan and final payable amount are shown at checkout. A longer validity period or a larger allowance may suit your trip better than simply choosing the lowest price.

Maps, messaging and occasional browsing usually use less data than streaming video, video calls and large uploads. Check your phone's recent data usage to guide your choice, and allow for your trip length and any hotspot use. Download maps and media over Wi-Fi before travelling, and review background updates if you want to make your allowance last longer.

Your exact phone model and regional version must support eSIM, and the device must be network-unlocked. An eSIM-capable model can still be restricted by a mobile provider or employer. Use the installation instructions supplied with your purchase and a reliable internet connection, such as Wi-Fi. Supported devices may offer a direct installation link; otherwise follow the QR-code or manual installation instructions provided. Device menus can vary. Give the travel eSIM a recognisable name so you can select it for mobile data without confusing it with your usual SIM.

Installing an eSIM does not always start its validity period; the activation rule depends on the selected plan. Some plans start when they first connect to a supported network; others may have different activation rules. Read the product details and your setup instructions before installing or activating. Do not assume that every plan starts only when you arrive in the USA.

On a compatible dual-SIM phone, you can keep your usual SIM and choose the travel eSIM for mobile data. WhatsApp can use that data connection while retaining your existing account number. Your home mobile provider's charges can still apply to calls, texts or roaming on your usual line. Check your settings and home plan before travelling, including automatic mobile-data switching.

Available operators depend on the selected supplier plan. The card shows up to two operator names and a count of the remaining distinct names where there are more. For regional and global bundles, those names can span different covered countries; open More details to check operators for your destination. A listed operator does not guarantee a particular speed or uninterrupted signal in every location.

The plans on this page include the United States in their covered destinations. Connection quality still depends on the selected network, your device and the place you are using it. Buildings, busy events and remote stretches of a road trip can affect reception. Check the plan's coverage details and download important maps and booking information before travelling.

Hotspot availability can depend on the selected plan, supplier and device. Check the product information or ask support before buying if you need to share data with a laptop or another traveller. Where hotspot is supported, data used by connected devices counts towards the plan's allowance or applicable usage conditions.

Read the plan's validity, coverage and usage conditions. Unlimited data does not necessarily mean unlimited data at full speed: a supplier may apply fair-use limits, speed reductions or hotspot restrictions. Confirm the applicable conditions with support before buying if they are not shown in the product details, especially if you intend to stream, upload large files or work remotely.

Top-up available means the selected plan is marked by its supplier as supporting top-ups. The separate red Reusable eSIM badge identifies a reusable profile that can support eligible future bundles. These are different features, so a standard top-up plan does not automatically mean the eSIM can be used for another trip or destination. Keep a reusable profile installed and check bundle compatibility before purchasing a future top-up.

A USA-only plan does not automatically include Canada or Mexico. A regional or global bundle may cover your full itinerary, but you should check the included-country list for the exact plan before buying. Do not rely on the bundle name alone. Confirm that every country where you need mobile data is covered and that the validity lasts for your trip.

A data-only plan supplies mobile internet and does not include ordinary mobile call minutes or SMS. You can use internet calling and messaging apps over the data connection. If you need a phone number, normal calls or texts, choose a plan that explicitly includes those features and check its allowances. Using your usual SIM for calls or SMS may incur your home provider's charges.

Check your remaining allowance and the selected plan's validity. A fixed allowance can run out before the validity ends; unused data does not make the stated validity longer. If the plan supports top-ups, check the available compatible options and their own allowance, validity and activation rules before buying. If it does not, choose a new suitable plan. Do not assume a top-up extends an existing bundle's expiry date.

Check your phone's eSIM compatibility and network-unlocked status before buying. Review the RoameoGo Refund Policy for the applicable eligibility and request process. Refunds are subject to the policy; do not assume an unused or incompatible plan is automatically refundable.

Check that the destination is covered, the plan is active and the correct eSIM is selected for mobile data. Follow the supplier's instructions for data roaming, network selection and any APN settings; do not guess an APN. If you still cannot connect, visit the Help Centre or contact support with your order reference, phone model and a screenshot of the settings. Avoid deleting the eSIM while troubleshooting.
