A reusable eSIM (or “One eSIM”) is a plan you install on your device once. Rather than starting fresh with a new QR code each trip, you purchase a top-up data package and load it onto the same eSIM profile that is already on your phone. The eSIM stays on the device between trips — you just add more data when you need it.
Once you have a reusable eSIM installed and linked to your RoameoGo account, you can purchase top-up packages through your account or the RoameoGo app. When you top up, the additional data is added to your existing eSIM profile. The exact process depends on the product — your order confirmation and product notes will explain the steps.
